This space was built for energy. Sitting right over the water, it is framed by heavy timber beams and floor-to-ceiling glass, giving you the full view of the bay while keeping the room cool and air-conditioned. It is set up specifically for live music, featuring a professional stage at one end and a long bar running down the side. Unlike a traditional ballroom, this room feels like a high-end dock party that is protected from the heat. It is the right spot when you want the island backdrop but need the comfort of a climate-controlled space.
This venue turns the pool deck into an open-air amphitheater. The stage is positioned to project sound out over the water, making the pool itself the best spot in the house. The design allows you to watch the show from the surrounding levels or directly from the water, where we are adding submerged seating for a front-row experience. It is a setup meant for movies, music, or performances where the audience can relax in the pool while watching the stage.
These outdoor spaces act as the bridge between the island jungle and the open water. The garden is not a manicured lawn but a raised wooden boardwalk that winds through dense natural foliage and towering palms, lit by warm lanterns at night. This pathway transitions seamlessly into the exterior timber decks, which wrap around the main buildings and sit suspended directly over the bay. Whether you are walking through the trees or lounging on the waterfront rails, these areas serve as the quiet, open-air connection points for the entire property.
